Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Azool, a service operated by VANTRO, LLC ("Azool", "we", "us"). By subscribing to or using Azool, you agree to them.
What Azool does
Azool answers calls that you do not pick up. You forward unanswered calls to a dedicated number we provide. Our AI receptionist answers, speaks with the caller, collects the details of the job, and ends the call. We then send you an SMS report and make the call recording and transcript available in your account at app.azool.co.
Azool does not replace you. It captures information from callers so you can call them back. It does not quote prices, schedule work, dispatch technicians, or enter into agreements on your behalf.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and operating a legitimate business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your account access secure, and for all activity under your account.
Call forwarding and your phone service
Azool works by call forwarding, which you configure with your own mobile carrier. Charges from your carrier for forwarding calls are your responsibility. We are not able to control or guarantee your carrier's forwarding behaviour.
Call recording
Calls answered by Azool are recorded and transcribed. Callers are notified that the call may be recorded. You are responsible for ensuring that call recording is lawful for the jurisdictions in which you operate; recording consent rules differ from state to state. If you operate somewhere requiring all-party consent, tell us and we will configure the greeting accordingly.
Recordings are visible only to you, through your authenticated account. You may request deletion of any or all recordings at any time.
Free trial
New accounts include a 7-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, the service simply stops; you are not charged and nothing is taken automatically.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on azool.co and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Applicable taxes are added where required.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. Your service continues until the end of the billing month you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. We do not refund the current billing month.
To cancel, email contact@azool.co from the address on your account. After cancellation, you have 30 days to download any recordings you wish to keep, after which your data is deleted.
Acceptable use
You may not use Azool to:
- Break any law, or record calls where doing so is unlawful for you
- Handle calls for a business other than the one on your account, or resell the service, without our written agreement
- Send unsolicited marketing messages, or use our numbers for any purpose other than receiving calls from your own customers
- Attempt to access another account's data, or interfere with the service
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
Service availability
We work to keep Azool running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Azool depends on third-party telephony, AI, and hosting providers, and outages at those providers can affect it. We do not guarantee that the AI receptionist will capture every detail of every call correctly; it is a tool to help you respond faster, not a substitute for speaking to your customers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VANTRO, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business, missed jobs, or lost revenue arising from a missed, failed, or inaccurately reported call. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Azool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Your content
You retain ownership of your business information and of the recordings and transcripts of calls made to your number. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display them in order to provide the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Azool after that constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
